THRIVEXT runs on sensitive operational, employee and guest information. This policy explains what we process, why, and the controls you have over it.
The data we handle
THRIVEXT operates on the data your restaurant already generates: orders and payments, inventory and recipes, procurement and supplier records, staffing and attendance, and customer profiles. We process this operational data to power the intelligence you see across the platform.
Why we process it
Your data is used to run your restaurant intelligence - forecasting demand, tracking food cost, detecting anomalies, recommending actions and generating your reports. We process it to deliver the service to you, not as a product to sell to anyone else.
Customer information
When you use CRM and loyalty features, THRIVEXT stores guest details you collect - such as contact information and order history - so you can segment, reward and re-engage them. You remain responsible for the lawful basis on which you collected that information from your guests.
How the AI uses data
The AI processes your operational data to produce forecasts, insights and recommendations for your restaurant. We are explicit about what is processed and for how long it is retained. Your data powers your account's intelligence and is handled within that boundary.
Sharing and third parties
We share data only with the systems you choose to connect (such as your POS, accounting, payment, delivery or communication providers) and with infrastructure providers that help us run the service securely. We do not sell your data.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, and meaningful changes are logged. Details of our security practices are set out on the Security page.
Your controls
You can access, correct and export the data in your account, and request deletion subject to legal and contractual retention requirements. Manage connected systems and access roles from within your account.
