Straightforward terms for running your restaurant on THRIVEXT - what we provide, what stays your responsibility, and how we work together.
Using THRIVEXT
These terms govern your use of the THRIVEXT platform. By creating an account or connecting your systems, you agree to use the service to run your own restaurant operations in line with these terms and applicable law.
Your account
You are responsible for the accounts and access roles you create, and for keeping login details secure. Access levels for owner, manager, cashier, kitchen and staff exist so you can limit what each person can see and do.
Your data and connected systems
You retain ownership of the data you bring into THRIVEXT and the systems you connect. You grant us the permissions needed to process that data to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to connect those systems and to process the customer data you collect.
Recommendations and automation
THRIVEXT surfaces forecasts, insights and recommended actions. Where you choose to enable automation - such as drafting purchase orders or campaigns - you remain responsible for reviewing and approving what gets acted on. The platform recommends; operational decisions remain yours.
Availability
We work to keep the service reliable and available, but it is provided on an as-is basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance and release improvements over time.
Fees
Paid plans are billed according to the plan and scope agreed with you. Charges relate to the locations and capabilities in your subscription.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, access data you are not authorised to, or use it to process data unlawfully. We may suspend access where use puts the service or other data at risk.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using THRIVEXT and request export of your data, subject to retention requirements. On termination, access to the service ends and data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
